staff and resources. Our Specialist Site Services division
assist our customers with
on site ventilation problems and can refurbish any make of
air handling/packaged AC unit. We now require the following
motivated and ambitious individuals to join us.
Sales Office Manager
An opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Office Manager
with HVAC experience to join the VES team. This is the ideal
role for a results focused sales manager, looking to develop
their career within a dynamic, fast paced environment. As
a Sales Office Manager you will work with the Sales Director
to enhance sales performance and service management across
the department. You will be responsible for managing a phone
based sales team, selling to building services clients, in
tight co-ordination with the National Sales Executive and
Key Accounts Executive. Leading, coaching and motivating your
team on a daily basis, you will increase your team's performance
and ensure the department achieves its targets. Additionally,
you will be tasked with assisting with the continued development
of the internal CRM solution and will be expected to drive
and re-enforce consistent ways of working within the department.
To be considered for the role of Sales Office Manager, you
will need experience of: - Managing, leading and motivating
a sales team - Conversion rates, setting KPIs and forecasting.
Additionally, you will need strong communication skills, both
written and verbal and a high level of computer literacy and
in particular experience of the Microsoft Dynamics AX CRM
solution, Max Select and SQS. You will also need excellent
team working skills. Experience of managing a call centre
sales team would also be beneficial.

- Monitor and maintain procedures and plans
- Support and motivate Sales team
- Management of quotation process
- Production of management information
- Ensure support of external Sales force
- Identify cross and up selling opportunities
- Manage handling of incoming calls and enquiries
- Interpret trading and pricing policies
- Support ongoing promotions and new product launches
